daski fanva, or Pocket Translator, is a simple lojban dictionary program.
It is written in Dialect and runs on Windows and Pocket PC (iPAQ and probably others too)
Currently in alpha state - use at your own risk, blah, blah - it is freeware and will be released under the GNU General Public License as soon as I get round to putting the license in the code
Grab a binary and the 2 data files (you might need to right click the data files and choose 'Save As') and then run the exe. The first time you run it will ask for the location of the two data files - just browse to where ever you've put them
